OGP Tag Generator builds Open Graph and X card meta tags from a page title, description, URL, and image. Empty fields are left out, so you can paste only the tags you need into your HTML `****`. ## How to Use 1. Enter the page title, description, and URL. 2. Enter the image URL and site name. 3. Copy the generated tags into your HTML `****`. You do not need to fill in every field. Start with the title, description, and page URL, then add an image URL or site name as needed. ## Main Settings ### Title and Description These become `**og:title**` and `**og:description**`. Share cards cut off long text, so aim for around 60 characters for the title and 160 for the description. ### Image Set `**og:image**` to a public URL that crawlers can access. Width, height, and alt text describe the image, so they are not output until an image URL is entered. Enter positive integers for width and height. 1200×630 (about 1.91:1) displays well as a large card on X and Facebook. ### Page Type and Language `**og:type**` describes the page. Choose Article for a blog post and Product for a product page. Website works for most pages. Profile and Book pages are supported as well. Set `**og:locale**` to a language and region such as `**ja_JP**`. Leave it empty to omit the tag. ### X Card Turn on Add X card tags to output `**twitter:card**`, `**twitter:site**`, and `**twitter:creator**`. The card type is chosen automatically: Large image when an image URL is set, Summary otherwise. Choose Large image or Summary to keep it fixed. Enter X account and creator account names such as `**@example**`.
